Jigawa 2023: Badaru Directs Commissioners, Other Political Appointees Seeking Elective Positions to Resign

Jigawa state governor Muhammad Badaru Abubakar has directed all political appointee and civil servants who are interested in contesting elective position to resign their appointment.

In a statement made available to newsmen in Dutse, the Jigawa state capital by the Special adviser to the governor on Media Malam Habibu Kila, The governor directed that, all those who're holding appointment with the state government and the civil servants that are aspiring to contest in the forthcoming general election to submit their resignation between today Wednesday 11th May and Monday 16th May 2022.

The S A Media's statement disclosed that, the directive was given during the executive council meeting presided over by governor Muhammad Badaru held at the Council Chamber, Government House, Dutse.

However, Governor Badaru wishes all those who are aspiring elective positions best luck in their endeavor.
